It's OK. It's much more than a bland glass box. I like that the style fits in with SA's old buildings, but looks semi-modern. I also like that there is clear delineation between the floors. That always accentuates the deparation between the floors, which in turn adds to perceived height by adding a human scale (as opposed to a shiny glass surface that's uniform from bottom to top). While this is not groundbreaking architecture, it's certainly a solid addition to SA's west downtown skyline.
