Why are they taking the tower crane down before all the windows are hoisted up? Is it really that much more expensive to run a tower crane? I mean, this way they'll have to close down Assiniboine completely to use a ground level crane until they're done. I imagine tower hoisting would be safer as it gives unobstructed access to all sides of the building.
