Is very interesting to watch this evolving entertainment zone around there. RiverCenter Comedy Club, the Riverwalk (with such places as Howl at the Moon), and now the Joskes Building...
There is potential for a Vegas-like appeal (multiple choices for fine food, drinks, and trendy diversions) all within walking distance and all feeding off of each other's popularity. Um, without the gambling of course.
