Any ideas of further Hudson Exchange projects? The Vyv towers were the first project which are all but complete.

I was by Grove Street today and am in complete awe of how dense and bustling this area has become in the past -/+ 2 years. It's definitely a complete success story in increasing density and fixing urbanist/planning errors that were made in the past. The amount of construction in a compact area is no joke, and the amount of new restaurant is also quite impressive. It must be the fastest growing area of the NY metro in regards to population growth.
