Essex & NEMA will have commanding views and are pretty unique architecturally.
Newer RN building are quite bland, but there's been a lot of movement in the luxury high rises space. 2017 brought TEN towers alone. When WPE is finished, 3500 new units will have been added to the market in just 2 years...
OCS will also be right on the edge and will likely start construction in a couple weeks.
