I think this one has an excellent chance of going forward, just a matter of when. N3 is another EV project that should go, and if rumors of Verve going are true, we'll see a lot of action in EV over the next little while.

A construction start this fall seems quite aggressive especially during the current economic climate, but if oil continues its short-lived recovery, who knows. Let the good times roll baby!  The great thing about rentals is that you don't need pre-sales, and with a targeted completion date of 2017, Calgary would undoubtedly have recovered from this economic issue by then and likely be back growing like crazy, so it's probably smart to be cautiously optimistic. |
