Does anybody know who owns the lot at N. 3rd and Cranberry? It seems like such a no brainer spot for a high-rise apartment building or condos. A building between 15-30 stories at that location, especially the upper floors, would have fantastic views of the capitol complex, downtown, Dauphin narrows and the river.
