Not a sexy project but I found this interesting...

“We are big believers in San Antonio’s growth story and feel that it is more relevant to the supply chain today than it has ever been,” commented Laura Denkler, Hines director. “The location at Cornerstone is ideal for users who need to efficiently serve the greater San Antonio area, in addition to Austin, Houston, and population centers in between. The direct access to both 410 and I-10, the proximity to population and affordable labor, and the customer focus and attention to building quality that Hines has built its reputation on, will lead to a very successful project.”...

“Record population growth across Central Texas, paired with the logistical advantages of being able to reach all of the major Texas metros and the Mexican border in under four hours, point toward San Antonio emerging as an industrial hot spot,” said Roger C. Hill III, senior vice president at JLL. “Corner Ridge Crossing will be perfectly positioned to capitalize on these dynamics. The variety of building sizes, as well as configurations, will allow Corner Ridge Crossing to fulfill the real estate needs for a wide range of businesses. We are excited to have the opportunity to market the project and to team with such a highly regarded company such as Hines.”
