Once that gets accepted, then that's the new floor and prices get adjusted accordingly. Now the rest of us are paying extra for things that used to be standard.

Tiny hotel rooms, micro apartments, etc, etc...
I don't think there will be a trend of downsizing rooms. I just think hotels like these add another option to the market for travelers like me who want a less expensive option when we dont need much room.
