Thanks for posting this! I'm generally pleased by this proposal, especially given that there is a huge need for additional residential in Lakeview East as well as a need for at least SOME parking spaces, given the extreme lack of any available parking in the area. Having a solid number of bike parking available is a big plus as well.

The design isn't amazing, but it certainly could be much, much worse. Overall, it seems like a solid proposal!
