I lived in the city for nearly 10 years, took transit daily, and never had a single issue with crime. Same goes for my entire social circle.
I wish you at least another 10 years of no incidents, but statistics suggest an upward trend whether you know it or not & at 8500 incidents per 100,000 people in Saskatoon last year alone, you are on the lucky side of that average. best wishes
