The apartments are intended to be private student housing for students from this college and other colleges, but the company will own the apartments.

Mrizek said there will be 500 to 600 availabilities for the furnished, all-bills paid student apartments.

The projected housing estimates are $925 for one bedroom, one bath; $1,400 for both two bedroom, two bath and $2,300, for all 4 bedroom, 4 bath.

Student housing?

I doubt many community college students could afford to live here at these prices. If they are open to the public they could be rented but not if they are "student apartments". I know student housing prices at universities like Trinity and Incarnet Word are comparable in price but they are tinny dorms. I would pay $1,400 for a two bedroom apartment but not if it is a typical student apartment when I could rent at places like The Vistana for the same price. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me but maybe I need to see the floor plans
