These are the buildings it will replace on the street level. Will there be retail to replace the existing retail (with presumably better retail) or just a lobby? It looks like just a lobby in the rendering, but hopefully that's just a non-detailed placeholder.

Omg...is that an all glass residential buildings I am looking at with various setbacks and...is this building circular in its architectural form? This might be the most innovative project since the Frost Tower for downtown San Antonio. It is definitely most impressive. And definitely worthy of the pricetags associated with much of their for-sale and for-rent units. Let's see JMJ best this! Let's get this project built and ready by 2021! I may just stay in SA and move downtown, after all.
