Well, things do look a bit run-amok to the point at which the fenestration/skin can't be truly appreciated.
If they ratchet the artwork down without making it look borderline banal, we have ourselves a neo-Deco icon a la 111 West. the gold/bronze treatment along the towers surface can stand a bit of being kept in check, too.
I think the architect was described as "Stern meets Gehry".
