Hmmmm....not bad, but not the concept I personally liked the best. I guess it has the advantage of encouraging pedestrian traffic flow from Main Street to RRCC, and to-and-from the Exchange park area ("the Cube"). It may be the most "do-able" of the designs to meet the criteria of public use for the land as well.
Of course, the question now is; do they build it or was this just some "blue-skying"? If they build it, I wonder how close the final design might be to the drawing?
