This place is a mess. We allocate hundreds of millions to build new interchanges (CCW, 59/101 and McGillivary) to eliminate traffic lights then go ahead and approve two new lighted intersections. Freakin unbelievable

Don't forget about the mess that Highway 1 is through Headingley! Net effect on traffic flow is probably negative even with Centreport.
