Yea its a change of pace from the many developments without parking. IDK, I think if I where living in a place such as that, secure parking would be nice. I have a friend who lives in Hoboken and has to park in the street. Sucks sometimes because it can take him 20 minutes or more to find a spot if he decides to move it every once in a while. Plus, its not secure. I think its a luxury especially in NYC to live in such a place that includes parking.
