And across the street, I think we can pretty much write-off San Lorenzo from happening. They had reported that they would be open in the Spring of 2009. If they haven't started by now, it's not going to happen. It's been at least 5 years; Too bad, that was one project I would have liked to see happen.

ya, piazza san lorenzo seems dead. i guess its been dead for awhile, but i am only now ready to admit that we need to bury it and move on.
bad news - no development there.
good news - potential for new, taller, and even more creative development there....
