Quite frankly they all look like shit, the real question is why the city overturned a lot split allowance of a 153’ lot into 76’ and 77’ lots when the norm for the neighbourhood was 75’, when the city has different sets of rules depending on the neighbourhood and who lives there, it’s a problem!
