The key would be doing advanced work for any modifications needed for goal post changes, if needed. There is a hole in the IGF scheduling that would allow the NFL game on the weekend in late August. They may do end zone painting in advance of the Valour game that is a couple days before the weekend and then likely paint the inside of the field after the game is done but before the NFL.
They could also dress the stadium as needed before the NFL game. It isn't like other events don't happen with dressing of the building and field for something different.
