The city of San Antonio should buy the Crockett lot behind the Alamo and turn it into a big grassy park outlined with trees, a la Sheep Meadow in Central Park. The lot can't be built up because it's behind the Alamo. They could even excavate and put an underground parking garage a few stories deep. It would be a great attraction for tourists and locals alike.
