The maximum floor plate sizes shall not exceed:

Floor 1 (parkade plus residential units) 1765 m2

Floor 2 650 m2

Floor 3(mezzanine) 464 m2

Floor 4 to 17 743 m2

Floor 18 to 25 650 m2

Floor 26 534 m2

Floor 27 372 m2

The maximum Height shall not exceed 27 storeys nor 78.0 m measured from the highest point of the parapet to average grade as defined in Section 4.1.c. of this provision, with exceptions as noted in section 52 of the Zoning Bylaw.
