It is surprising that Phoenix doesn't have a lot of sky bridges. I expect as the Phoenix skyline becomes more dense that sky bridges will proliferate as they have the opposite extreme to that of Minneapolis. Sky bridges make a lot of sense for cities with the extremes of Minneapolis and Phoenix.
Here is Renaissance Square in DT Phoenix; not a real impressive sky bridge but a very nice complex just the same.
