Cincinnati can barely support the pro teams it has and is currently entangled in what most experts call one of the biggest public stadium funding ripoffs in history thanks to Mike Brown's contentment to suck so long as he gets money from the NFL. I'm pretty sure the Bengals will move to another city when their stadium agreement with Hamilton County expires in 2026.
Louisville is a basketball crazy town that had a relatively popular ABA team back in the 1970s. I could see them supporting an NBA team.
