The ownership group in OKC is all locally-based so unless they sell out I don't think the team is going anywhere. And as the only pro team in Oklahoma, a state with a population of 4M, they have good support. OKC and Tulsa metros are combined 2.5M. Now that the team isn't as good it will be interesting to see how well they support the team during a few down years.

St. Louis
Pittsburgh
Cincinnati
San Diego (doubtful)
