Yeah that's exactly it, the village still has far more residents plus amenities like a grocery store that make it more livable. It's not a "destination" anymore, while the exchange is growing into that role and attracting more businesses, which is great. I just get sick of people shitting on Osborne because it's not where the cool kids go to party anymore, even though it's still a perfectly healthy urban neighbourhood.
