By the way, Vancouver can potentially have a really big earthquake. Would not want an apartment in that thing during such a quake even though I'm sure they had the best engineers (hopefully not the ones who told us the Millennium Tower didn't need anchoring to bedrock) certify the design.

The balconies are the most interesting thing about it and I'm amazed at your comment because in your city or anywhere with warmer and less chronically windy weather than San Francisco (where 20C qualifies as a warm summer day) I think they'd be even more attractive and useful. Love the idea of having business meetings out there (remember, this building is all office).
