If you go to the Arquitectonica site and zoom in on the flash image you can see that the windows are square. It looks rectangular because every other span is a darker color. In the latest pictures of the cladding, you can see the indented area between the two windows that will eventually be darker.

Look at pictures 9&10 of their Houston Convention Hotel project to get an idea of what it might look like (less the multi-color). Picture 9 is a shot where the light doesn't really show the color, while picture 10 is a staight-on view with the color visible.
