Also per the Biz journal... Looks like this is envisioned as a catalyst for the entire RiNo area.

We feel like River North is maybe this city’s best chance at that urban neighborhood," Beauchamp said. "It already has the San Antonio River. Soon it will have the Broadway Corridor improvements. It has the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Tobin Center [for the Performing Arts], restaurants, bars, and now it’s going to have office."
