They are forming the 21st floor of core rebar, and the top of it is the base for the 22nd floor. Park Tower being 43 floors means it is about halfway up now. The next setback is at the 32nd floor, so we have 10 more until then..the first sign will be that the core will probably shrink again. Then just 11 small floors after that and this will be topped out. I am guessing the core & steel will be topped out before the Transbay Park opens at the end of March. Anyone placing bets?
