i have always thought that a glass residential tower would sell like crazy here....there are lots of people in winnipeg who want the amenities of larger cities and would pay for the vancouveresque lifestyle, i think....the view in the animation over the forks to the human right museum is awesome...i also like the view through the towers of portage and main with this tower in the middle anchoring the end of downtown...very cool.
not looking like the typical beige winnipeg communist tower is a good thing.

oh crap ... I am in complete agreement with Trueviking.
I think Winnipeg is way too beige .. bring on some fancy glass buildings!!
I also like the graphic model of the human rights musuem. It gives a clearer idea of what the shape of the building will look like.
