I live at The Marquis with a west view, so this building if built would destroy my view...
This building is still minimum 3 years away. They are still applying for rezoning to increase the allowable density from 500 to 729 units per hectare and a building height from 15 to 29 stories...
Personally I wouldn't mind a 15 story... but 29 seems a bit excessive here...
