The West Loop is becoming ridden with this style of building, though. In Hyde Park, it's a nice bookend on 53rd to the glassy modernism at Harper Court and Vue53 and the classical style of Hyde Park Bank.
Also as nice as those photos are, I think they made a mistake by not lining the 53rd St frontage with storefronts. It's the best walkable street in the neighborhood and arguably the entire South Side.
