Beautiful. Did they not say that there would be a restaurant on the street side facing Lexington? Can’t quite tell from those pics.
Also, that entire section of St Mary’s going east-west from Lexington to Brooklyn really has potential. There are a bunch of surface lots. Though that awful AT&T building ruins it a bit.
