I do not believe that to be an accurate statement. The Independent "sold" 90% of its units in less than two weeks from the opening of their respective sales gallery.
Furthermore, "sold" is a tricky word when describing units in a tower with has yet to break ground. I doubt many, if any, of those "sold" units have actually closed. More than likely, they are "reservations" or LOI/LOU to purchase a unit coupled with some sort of substantial deposit.
**In any case...it is great to finally have a ground breaking date on what is going to be a superb addition to downtown San Antonio!
