The city of San Antonio will have to be creative in finding ways to coax developers away from the river/tourist areas to other parts of downtown in an attempt to spur new, large-scale development.

BTW, I guess there is no new news on this particular project since last May, huh? Mothballed? Dead? If it were in development, we would have heard something by now...it's been, what, nine months?!?
