The previous developer finally sold off the site in 2014, but it appears it's still facing opposition. The neighbors didn't want a 9-story apartment building, so the new developer changed the size and use of the development and there are still people niggling this one to death. Now they are on trying to take apart the Broadway project. If you're ever been in the area you know how much the weedy field detracts from the area. It can't even be used because the site polluted, yet the neighborhood seems that it'd rather have that than something adding to the tax base and activity of the area.
