100%. Speaking as a 22 year old... that's something SA DESPERATELY needs. Something semi-upscale that can compete w/ Rainey/Uptown Dallas/Midtown Houston. Especially if they want to retain young talent here. There's so much potential along the Broadway corridor from Josephine to McCullough.
