It has no sales that I am aware of. I'd say the percentage chance of it being built
someday aren't bad, but I am very skeptical about the November target. That's alot of condos to sell by November at a time when the sales pace for condos has slowed quite a bit and the cost of construction certainly hasn't dropped lately.
