^^^ Also in that map, the hospitality lot would be a really good tallest as well. I remember there was something supposed to happen with that lot.
Another vote for a new tallest would be the
200 E Main lot, that one would be perfect for just a slim apt tower with of course some retail on the bottom all the way around with a building/garage/ entrance on the Travis side.
