Developer (Craig Hall of Hall Financial) has owned the site since 1995. In a 2003 article, he stated he was 2-3 years out from
officially announcing plans. So, that puts it at between now and sometime mid-next year. . .
However, the model is newly (?) displayed, so maybe it (official announcement) won't be as late as Summer '06 if it happens. . .
