speakin on quality of life issues- i am no longer going to practice selling real estate in new braunfels! i have over a 100 mile commute from my house to work to house to gym- to tan-to home!

i'm lookin at a job that they manage commercial properties as at apt's. condos, other things such as those and the job i am eyeing is right down the street from my house! maybe 2 or 3 stop lights and that it!

quality of life is important to me and i feel that eventuelly developers will see the need for things that might be costing a pretty penny at first but will habe a gold mine of reserves from that one penny's affect!
