Passing the CP site every day - and by no means an Occupational Health & Safety expert - but they don't exactly seem concerned about safety... I watched a bobcat basically teetering at the east edge of the pit... the wall isn't shored in any way, & there are no formal barricades around the pit (just obstacles place around the pit: e.g. a dozen or so I-beams... which are also sitting near the eastern edge of the pit... a heavy load on soil next to an unshored pit? Does that seem safe?).

I'm likely missing something - but the Ag Place site seemed to have more safety systems in place as they were doing excavation work.
