LOL, we'll see. You have Eilan, The Rim, The Landmark, La Joya, Cresta Bella, The Shops at La Cantera and the Westin/Gaylord expansion. It's quite the load for I-10. What I love about this project is how damn pedestrian friendly it is. That is the shiznit! You also have got to love the trolley line.

I just noticed even the grocery store will have parking either under the store or on top. No massive parking lot.
