SAN ANTONIO – KDC, in a joint venture with Schumacher Interests Inc., will develop Parkline, a new office park and mixed-use development off UTSA Blvd. and I-10.
The project will include:
one million sf of office space;
1,149 apartment and townhome units;
a 136-room Aloft Hotel; and
108,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.
The neighborhood will be centered around a greenbelt that will tie into the Leon Creek Trail System.
