Well, as long as there will be an expansion on the greenbelt to Sunnyside, maybe some more developements like this will pop up.

I was driving south to Idaho Falls from Rexburg and as you get closer to Idaho Falls it seems like it's a three lane. The thing is, the lane on the very right isn't wide enough do drive in it.

Are they in the process of widening it?
