if it was already discussed sorry just confuses me that it was left that long and in that state afterward - especially since it was needed Manitoba Housing.
Mb housing fixed the mechanical problems at a cost of over 3M after they evicted all the tenants, they obviously did not want to pour more money into building renovations as it was in need of very expensive and extensive renovations, so they sold it on the open market. You can see the state of repair the building needed from the current construction going on, the proceeds from the sale were to be reinvested in other mb housing sites across the province.
