As far as I know (and it may have updated - today is my first day back after three years
) you have to upload on an image hosting site, then post the link here (click on the "photo" icon in the taskbar above, then copy the link provided by your image host). Sounds complicated, but it's easy after you do it for the first time.
I just used
https://postimages.org/ Start an account, upload your images, and you're good to go.
