Site Tests Begin For World's Largest Ferris Wheel

The first steps are being taken towards the construction of the world's largest ferris wheel on Staten Island.
The city Economic Development Corporation says crews are drilling into the ground to determine how strong the foundations at the site will have to be.
Just steps away from the St. George Ferry terminal, the so-called "New York Wheel" will take riders as high as 60 stories.
