While downtown would be nice, remember this is not an office building, hotel, or government building. When they say "Northwest" I'm thinking right inside or near the Medical Center. To me that would be the most logic area on the Northwest side, but what do I know. I do know that there is still some land that could be develop in the vacinity, making it alot more dense, almost the way Houston's MedCenter is now. Great news either way.
